seriously, i'd give you just one advice.
be a child and b curious about everything related to english.
start by going to the library and borrowing some childrens' books with tapes.
stick to the english speaking people.
bring your dictionary
don't be afraid to ask questions.
and then
go to the next level and start to read advanced books....
at least, that's how i got it done, and it worked like a charm !
