Dear all,
Here comes a question, if I have three in my party for diner in a restaurant,

Can I say 'could you seat us?' to a waiter/waitress

or just simply say 'could you please bring us to the table for three'?

Hi web99,  good to see you! Hope you are doing well.

Usually you wouldn't have to say or ask, they would greet and ask you first.
'How many of you, please?'  or 'Do you have a reservation?'...

If they are too busy, wait and hopefully soon someone will help seat you.
Otherwise, 'Do we seat ourselves? or do we..?  '

Depending on the kinds of restaurants you go to, some of them, you can just casually raise 3 of your fingers and say "three please", or have a normal conversation with the front desk.

Well, restaurant is a place to eat and enjoy the food. That is the most important thing to do.

I would simply say "Can we have a table for 3?" Or "Do we just sit anywhere?"

Or "Is there a table for three please?" or simply "Table for 3 please"
